Refund policy

All Clothing items must be returned with in 10 days unwashed, unworn with no scents or smells.  All tags and labels including price tag must still be in place. 

Your refund will be processed once we have received the item in it's unchanged condition.

Please bear in mind it can take a few days for a refund to show in your bank account.

SALE items and Accessories such as Jewellery, Bags, Purses, Accessories, Socks, Underwear, Tights are non returnable.

As we are a small business we do not pay your return postage when you send it back if you have just changed your mind.

We do offer a Click and Collect service
